Five Animals Qigong Stage

Qigong stage for 1.5 days, the weekend of November 28-29. This stage is led by Stéphane Wellcam, taichichuan and qigong teacher at La Grande Ourse Périgueux. 5 animals, hence 5 seasons to work according to traditional Chinese medicine principles. The sequence of poses will be taught in its entirety during the stage. The stage is open to the general public, beginners welcome. Picnic on site on Saturday noon possible.
