Five-stage Systema course to follow either individually or in full. Systema is a free, instinctive martial art from Russia. Its innovative approach led Loïc Santiago to collaborate with circus performers, dancers, musicians, and healthcare workers. It rests, not as is commonly the case on technical learning, but on generic and transversal principles allowing it to go beyond the strictly martial frame. Its objective, through the exploration and transformation of perceptual and motor habits, is to guide the practitioner to a high degree of adaptability.
