Theatre: Morning Brown and Other Mists

28 rue de la Joncherie

Matin Brun and Other Mists - Theatre and Poetry Against the 'thought control', for freedom of expression. The company Cie Les Uns, Les Unes; The Brown State, a fictitious political entity, prohibits possession of dogs or cats that are not brown, for officially scientific reasons. The narrator and his friend Charlie, seemingly unaffected, find reasons to approve this law. However, a new decree orders the arrest of all who would have owned a non-brown animal in the past. Yet the two companions have already owned non-brown animals... Reflection on the rise of totalitarianism.
