The Wutao is a global, contemporary body art, unique, created in France in 2000. It is practiced standing, sitting, on the floor and is composed of 12 basic movements, accessible to all. Practicing Wutao is to undulate, inhale and exhale, and fully unfold. Little by little... The movement becomes dance. The gesture becomes feeling. The soul of the body awakens. Thursdays October 15, November 19 and December 17 from 6pm to 7pm.
