LES PASSIONS & DULCI JUBILO JEAN-MARC ANDRIEU & CHRISTOPHER GIBERT (LES ARTS RENAISSANTS)

AUDITORIUM SAINT-PIERRE-DES-CUISINES, 12 Place Saint-Pierre

For their anniversary tour (40 years!), Les Passions share the stage with the singers of Dulci Jubilo in a program illustrating the lineage from Monteverdi, who died in 1643, to Charpentier, born that very year. At the climax, Carissimi's Jephté oratorio, a masterpiece of Italian Baroque. Spirituality, theatricality, and emotion on full display!
