Transfiguration - Olivier de Sagazan

Théâtre François Villon, Cours François Villon

Costume and tie, a sober look: the artist quickly abandons appearances to make way for clay, the raw material of his art. Alone on stage, he covers his face with earth and paint, sculpting new features and giving rise to monstrous masks, sublime figures and multiple identities. Between humorous and sculptural gestures, he transforms his face into a succession of characters, pushing it to the extreme.
