The most beautiful specimen of British letters transplanted to the land of the old plantations. You all know Wuthering Heights, that peculiar and cruel novel, obsessed with evil and haunted by death, written in the mid-19th century by the excited and somewhat disturbed Emily Brontë. This is Maryse Condé's adaptation of this Gothic literature classic that is proposed here. Five performers of diverse origins embody several generations of characters to give a political reading to these tragic destinies.
