Le Stang

A documentary by Lynda Paquette and Martin Parent of Cercle des Voyageurs. Bordered by the Pacific, crossed by the Andes and cut by the equinoctial line, Ecuador is a land of exceptional biodiversity and a rich cultural mosaic composed of descendants of Spanish and Indigenous ancestors, as well as 13 Indigenous peoples. On the slopes of sleeping volcanoes, in the heart of tropical forests, in coastal villages and the streets of Quito, the identity of each of these groups is intimately tied to their territory.
