Meeting with Juliette Bély: an introduction to the ethnology of sound — in the skin and ears of a fisher. Some festival-goers have met Juliette Bély in previous editions, as she helped organize the event. For this edition, she returns with her ethnologist’s hat, applying ethnology to sound. Juliette joined fishermen, spending several days at sea to grasp the sonic universe surrounding them and its implications for their work and psychology. This is the experience she will present.
