Show - Still Life - Ballet Preljocaj Junior
Show · Wednesday, November 18 · 20:00 · Aix-en-Provence
530 avenue Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, CS 30824, Pavillon Noir
Skulls, hourglasses, globes, crowns or sabers populate this piece with a sleek, painterly aesthetic. The young performers of Ballet Preljocaj Junior string together in a circular dramaturgy slow-motion battle scenes, romantic duets and fiery choral choreographies to the sound of Alva Noto and Ryuichi Sakamoto’s violins. A show where dance speaks with the visual art presented within the focus "Angelin Preljocaj - Dance and Painting"
