Vieux - Song duo from Haute Bretagne

Vieux is a duo of songs old enough to have fermented a bit. You will notably hear call-and-response chants from Mené, the almost flat mountain of the Gallo country in Côtes d'Armor. Traditionally, you will be asked to respond to strange refrains, but the main vocal work will be carried by Louise Genin (vocals) and Jérémie Chapelain (vocals and a small guitar). The idea is to play with transmission, to try out new empathies, and to sing with ghosts, quite simply.
