Documentary Film Month - Screening "Ripeurs"
Culture · Sunday, November 15 · 15:00 · Plouhinec
Médiathèque René Quillivic, Rue des Écoles
Screening of the documentary film " Ripeurs", with the presence of the director: Erwann Babin. This film paints the portrait of a team of garbage collectors in Rostrenen in central Brittany. Often ignored, their work takes place away from prying eyes, hidden by the morning hours when they patrol the streets. Behind the scenes, they carry out the discreet cleaning of daily excretions, thereby allowing each day to begin under new auspices. Painfully, the ripeurs work to empty the excess that characterizes our Western world.
