We are looking forward to seeing many of you to celebrate this 52nd anniversary, three days of festivities. Unfortunately, this year you will probably not be able to attend the making of the Pommé. Indeed, due to the low yield of apples, we cannot be sure to have what is needed for the Pommé at the beginning of November. That is why, after exploring several avenues, we have decided not to make Pommé this year. There will be some stock left that will be possible to buy over the weekend.
