Nights Transfigured: three composers, three ways of telling the night. And what if music could take us from darkness to light? For this concert, the Paris Chamber Orchestra brings together three great composers who, in their own way, explore the emotions, tensions and colours of music. With Haydn, the evening opens with the intense and passionate Symphony No. 49, nicknamed 'La Passione'. Then Mozart adds another light with his Piano Concerto No. 27, a work full of delicacy and freedom, performed by pianist Aimi Kobayashi.
