The Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris presents Florian Krewer: woven thin*, the artist’s first solo exhibition in France. Organized following the donation of several works by the artist to the museum, this exhibition, at the heart of the museum’s collection route, aims to be a plunge into the painterly universe of the German artist based in New York since 2020. Krewer’s practice is deeply autobiographical, nourished by a direct confrontation with the world around him, in all its raw beauty as in its violence.
