A girl from farming family flees the farm in hopes to make a lot of money: heading to HEC. But her final-year internship in Dubai selling yachts leaves her perplexed. Back at the farm, a chat with her grandmother about our agricultural model and the ravages of land consolidation, synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and other fungicides makes her change perspective: happiness is in the fields, provided you rethink it. This intimate piece close to stand-up tackles the big questions shaking our countryside.
