Le Kiwi (Place Jean Jaures), Allée Georges Pompidou
A family tribe gathers for the father’s last flight. But when the dead do not realize that “when it’s time to go, you must go,” the leap into the unknown becomes a ridiculous bivouac. The children beat their wings to push their father. The steps stumble and the dance takes off; acrobatic lifts find their balance and the eggs juggle toward their final hatching. A flamboyance of quirky birds in a moment of suspended exchange, for funeral fanfare, fanciful and imagined!
