Free Dance Workshop for Women

I Dance Life. Open to all, this workshop invites you to return inside yourself by exploring the free and liberating movement of our bodies. Guided with kindness by Sylvie Pencréac’h, dancer-relaxologist and holistic therapist, you will explore breath, rhythm, feeling, inner listening, creativity to gain confidence in yourself. The radiant joy of being together opens to sharing.
