From grain to bread, there are many steps. Did you know that a full year of work is needed to produce daily bread? In autumn you start by preparing the soil and sowing seeds. And in summer, no holidays: harvesting even requires the help of children! The following winter, the work is still not finished: the grain must be thresh and cleaned. Only then can we mill it and turn the flour into bread. Quite a program!
