The Tree That Planted Tales (Pierre-Olivier BANNWARTH)

Château de Sainte Suzanne, 1 Rue Fouquet de la Varenne

As the closing event of the festival 'Récits d'ici & d'ailleurs', the Mayenne storyteller weaves a fresco of legendary events in which the fairy folk abandon Mayenne and magic disappears from the hearts of its inhabitants, who soon set off in search of wonder. With boundless energy, the performer sketches a village where grand History and legend intertwine. Inspired by hedgerow tales, a mighty sweep to dust off folklore and suddenly anchor it in our present. As part of the festival 'Récits d'ici & d'ailleurs'.
