The Rouen Youth Book Festival welcomed more than 6,000 visitors in 2025. This year it centers on the theme “Witches, Ghosts and Other True Stories,” with a focus on youth photographic books, in partnership with the Rouen Normandie Photographic Center. As in previous years, the program will feature panel discussions, author encounters, workshops, performances, read-aloud sessions, and activities related to children's books. From November 6 to 8, 2026, almost 30 publishing houses invited. Guest of honor: Carole Trébor.
