How to run an association, a company or an artistic team on a daily basis? The workshop will cover the tasks that enable a project to materialize and endure: budgeting and scheduling, contracts (the different models in the music and performing arts sector), remunerations, seeking funding and relationships with partners. It will give participants the keys to making it happen.
