It was in 1977 that Pierre PASSEMARD founded the 2 Days of Montcuq (100 km per day). This endurance riding event has become an international benchmark for the discipline. In 2026 the 50th edition will be celebrated. Endurance riding, a sport in its own right! It is defined by a horse’s ability to cover long distances at brisk speeds. This discipline relies on the rider–horse partnership who must manage speed and recovery. The courses take place on varied tracks (paths, woods, roads).
