Join us for a unique immersive day on the culinary art of edible wild plants in Nantes! Cooking, gastronomy, and botany. The day begins with a workshop on cooking wild plants. In small groups under the supervision of a graduate Chef and expert in wild gastronomy, you will prepare refined and delicious dishes using seasonal wild plants and organic and locally sourced ingredients.
