The year 2026 was marked by several heatwaves, weakening Nantes' vegetative heritage. Trees, shrubs and massifs suffered from these high temperatures with significant consequences for the biodiversity they harbor. In response to this observation, the City mobilizes to renew its vegetal heritage and create more cooling islands. Want to plant trees?
