Menu: Starter: duck plate (foie gras, fritons, pâté des cazalous, fig with foie gras...) according to current production with greens. Main: plate with confit and its Lotoise accompaniment (potatoes cooked in duck fat). Dessert. Coffee. Os confits offered at the aperitif.
