Documentary Film Month - Screening of 'Ripeurs'

Médiathèque René Quillivic, Rue des Écoles

Screening of the documentary film 'Ripeurs', with the presence of director Erwann Babin. This film portrays a team of garbage collectors in Rostrenen, in central Brittany. Often overlooked, their work takes place out of sight, hidden by the early-morning hours as they patrol the streets. Behind the scenes, they carry out the discreet cleaning of daily detritus, thus allowing each day to begin under new auspices. Strenuously, the ripeurs work to empty the excess that characterizes our Western world.
