Le Kiwi (Place Jean Jaures), Allée Georges Pompidou
A family tribe is gathered for the father’s final flight. But when the dead man doesn’t realize that “when it’s time to go, you have to go,” the leap into the unknown becomes a ridiculous bivouac. The children flap their wings to push the father forward. The steps stumble and the dance takes off; the acrobatic carries find their footing and the eggs juggle toward their final hatching. A flamboyance of odd birds in a suspended moment of exchange, for a farewell in pomp, whimsical and fantastical!
