Roots

31 rue voltaire

Through an original acoustic trio blending saxophone, kora, and percussion, the show offers a sensitive, organic journey to the heart of the origins of sound. Inspired by JB Moundele's encounters and musical experiences between Africa and Europe, he develops a writing that blends jazz with traditional West African music. Music becomes a space of memory and transmission, between heritage and contemporary creation. Racines thus invites the audience to a warm, vibrant immersion, where every note seems to reconnect with a shared, intimate, and universal story.
