From beginners to the more seasoned, this workshop invites you to move, listen, experiment and keep things light. We traverse the essentials of dance - body awareness, sense of rhythm, use of space, relation to others - but without performance expectations. Each session centers around a poetic and sensory universe, in a bath of plural influences. The explorations, joyful and unselfconscious, are precious spaces for expression, listening and sharing.
