The Musical Ensemble for Peace, created and directed by Bachir Chami, a former Cistercian monk and lyric singer of Lebanese origin, is the site of an intercultural and interreligious musical dialogue between East and West, with musicians from different cultures and confessions. It brings together singers and instrumentalists from several countries in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, creating an opening to as many different musical and spiritual sensibilities.
