The ancient Forum of Bavay invites you to Charles de Gaulle. As part of the exhibition “Fiat Lux! A fierce quest for light in the 19th century,” the archaeological museum of the Nord department invites you to travel back in time with a workshop on light among the Romans. The Forum of Bavay preserves in its collections more than a hundred Gaul-Roman lamps and chandeliers in terracotta and bronze.
