Concert / French Song - "My Favorite Gainsbourg"

Théâtre de Jeanne, 5 Rue des Salorges

A musical concert/performance performed by Julien Sigalas and Etienne Champollion. From the song Poinçonneur des Lilas to La Javanaise, from Elisa to the Goémons, rediscover the repertoire of the man who led a life at the center of controversy. Julien Sigalas is a singer-songwriter and actor; Etienne Champollion is a multi-instrumentalist capable of switching from piano to accordion with virtuosity. For nearly ten years, the two partners have been reviving Brel, Brassens and Renaud on stage. Taking on Gainsbourg to highlight the beauty of his melodies and the power of his words seemed natural.
