The Thionville Karate School invites you to discover Taï Chi Chuan during a workshop led by Yannick Costanza, ADTAO technical director, 5th duan and assistant to Master Yuan. The program includes: discovery of Tui Shou (pushing hands), martial applications related to form 24 as well as coordination and concentration exercises. This workshop is open to all, beginners as well as karate practitioners. Registration with the Thionville Karate School.
