"A contre courant" is the national theme of the Documentary Film Month for 2026. For the fifth consecutive year, the Médiathèque, Milmarin and La Sirène join forces for a November dedicated to documentary filmmaking. La Sirène hosts the screening organized by Milmarin of the film "Anita Conti, l'appel du large" directed by Frédéric Brunnquell, 2023. The story of an intrepid, free and avant-garde woman who devoted her life to the oceans. From Africa to the Arctic Circle, she shares the harsh life of fishermen and warns about the depletion of marine resources.
