Cote 780, cross-cutting perspectives on the Serre-Ponçon dam and its developments

Culture · Tuesday, October 27 · 09:00 · Gap

22 route de Rambaud

On the occasion of the Bicentennial of Photography, the artist Amandine Mohamed-Delaporte offers a contemporary perspective on the Serre-Ponçon dam and the landscapes that surround it. Her work dialogues with the photographs of Henri Branger, an industrial photographer who followed the construction of this enormous project and whose photographs are partly preserved in the Departmental Archives. Between contemporary photographs, historical shots and archival documents, Cote 780 thus proposes to cross perspectives and eras to rediscover Serre-Ponçon in a new light.
