This year, Goût du Large will open a space for poetry, inviting a poet, David Silvestre, author of the collection Le corail et la noix. Le corail et la noix are the two edible sides of a marine being, the scallop shell, brought to us with determination by a chain of knowledge and technique, of passion and intelligence, up to the moment of tasting, eyes to eyes.
