Intergenerational Improvisation Workshop led by Quentin Ostanel

12 rue Duconte - salle Tanka, Centre culturel Peyuco Duhart

Throughout the day, you will learn to play with the present moment, to invent stories on the fly and to develop listening, responsiveness and creativity. The day starts with warm-ups to prepare the body and mind, before diving into exercises and scenarios that stimulate imagination, spontaneity and the joy of collective play, in a supportive and dynamic setting.
