Oratory is the art of speech that does not go around in circles! Organized by the Bar Association of Hauts-de-Seine, the Nanterre Judicial Court, the Department and a few other very serious institutions, Éloc’en Seine is a speech contest for young people in Hauts-de-Seine. Once again, it is clear they have a lot to say. They have sharp humor, deploy strong arguments, and are loaded with emotions!
