Show: The Snow Is White

13 rue d'Amsterdam

An adolescent girl ventures alone into the mountains, climbing higher and higher. Along the way, she reveals her life as a young elite athlete, the challenges of fitting in and the differences faced by a racially marked teen in the sports world, but also her longing for the snow, the mountains, speed, the body in motion, joy, adrenaline, and the Mountains—the Mountain—and the desire to merge with it. In this fugue, she will discover where she comes from, the silenced origins, and how this escape had been inside her for a long time.
