Dead Stories, Living Voices - The Era of Factories
Show · Tuesday, December 1 · 20:00 · Besançon
le Kurssal, 2 Place du Théâtre
A theatre performance that gives back voice to the working memory of the Pays de Montbéliard. Adapted from the book 'Mémoires de l’Enclave' by Jean-Paul Goux, it revisits the time of factories, when Peugeot was the only survivor of an industrial crisis that had taken the Japy empire and the textile industry. Carried by five young actors, it makes this story resonate with our current world, its tensions and contradictions.
