The unusual itinerary of a Perigordian farmer who became… an actor! Jean-Baptiste was a farmer for 10 years in the commune of Ste-Orse, near Hautefort Castle. As a child, this monument lulled his dreams of theatre. Molière himself is said to have found his Avare there… The world of the actor grew around, in this countryside that saw him born, fed by this nature and by the authentic characters who inhabit it. It is this authenticity that has carried Jean-Baptiste from the beginning and even into his art.
