Which monstrous beast could have killed Charles Baskerville? To solve the case, he is aided by the famous Watson. “Elementary, my dear Watson!” In the south of England, the moor is a setting of fog and bogs where the mystery triumphs and lurks each night. The master of the castle has died cruelly, his successor arrives with apprehension. Is the greatest danger perhaps fear itself? “Let our fear roar, and may our courage be strengthened!” Props and on-stage changes of characters provide the spectator with a continually renewed joy.
