Theatre - FEMME NON RÉÉDUCABLE

Centre culturel L'Échiquier, 14 La Fournière

The truth as a weapon, the press as a target. Anna Politkovskaya, a Russian journalist, covers the war in Chechnya. She investigates, denounces the atrocities committed and exposes the lies of the government. A human rights activist, she is disruptive and lives under constant threat. On October 7, 2006, she is found murdered in the stairwell of her Moscow building. The extraordinary fate of this journalist reminds us that freedom of the press is one of the pillars of every democracy. All audiences.
