Pocket Change

Restaurant La Caravelle, 34 Quai Du Port

Pocket Change is a jazz trio that willingly flirts with fusion and Latin music. Led by the Marseille-based pianist Matteo Astuzia, a young inventive player, the group draws from a repertoire with Latin and fusion flavors to raise the temperature, between swaying grooves and improvised escapes. A warm, precise bass and drums complete this trio made for the stage: an evening of energy and camaraderie, where jazz becomes warm and danceable.
