Five workshops to be taken individually or in full. Systema is a free and instinctive martial art of Russian origin. Its innovative method has led Loïc Santiago to collaborate with circus performers, dancers, musicians, and healthcare workers. It does not rely on purely technical training, but on generic and transversal principles that allow stepping beyond the strictly martial framework. Its aim, through the exploration and transformation of perceptual and motor habits, is to guide the practitioner toward a high degree of adaptability.
