A cultural and athletic walking route exploring the archaeological crypt on Île de la Cité, the Carnavalet Museum, the Cognacq-Jay Museum, and the Victor Hugo House. This route aims to keep you fit while discovering the museums of the City of Paris: the athletic walk includes cultural pauses that require no prior knowledge. The physical activities offered help maintain fitness through short sessions of strength training, core work, and cardio training, accessible to all (small backpack with a bottle…).
