The Wutao is a global and unique contemporary body art created in France in 2000. It is practiced standing, sitting, on the floor and comes in 12 basic movements, accessible to all. Practicing Wutao is about undulating, inhaling and exhaling, fully unfolding oneself. Gradually... The movement becomes dance. The gesture becomes feeling. The soul of the body awakens.
