Beuvron-en-Auge once again celebrates cider and the local know-how this year! In the village square, the apples from the municipal orchard are pressed by hand, as in old times. Everyone can watch the pressing and leave with freshly produced apple juice on the spot. In parallel, a grand terroir market brings together producers and artisans: cider, calvados, flowers, fruits, camembert, Pont-l’Évêque, goat and sheep cheeses, vegetables, fruit juice, biscuits, jams, charcuteries… so many local products to discover and taste!
