Concert: Scottish Music Across the Oceans

The Ensemble des Marais invites you to a musical journey on Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM at Petit Logis de la Baronnie. Starting from Vigo, Spain and crossing the oceans to Waipu, New Zealand, you will hear a selection of traditional and contemporary airs and dances arranged for voice, flute, guitar, violin, viola and cello. Among the contemporary compositions: excerpts from Köterana (Scotland in Maori language), a migratory epic written by Scottish violinist Iain Fraser.
